I’ll walk you through what each of these numbers mean in the context of your overall health and wellness. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and map out a strategy moving forward.

Each week, we’ll assess your latest InBody scan to evaluate your progress. I’ll monitor key markers such as muscle mass and body fat percentage—ensuring muscle is maintained or increased while body fat steadily decreases. This balanced approach helps ensure sustainable and consistent results over time.
Each consult includes a personalized meal plan tailored to your specific macronutrient needs. Every meal is designed to align with your unique macro split, ensuring you're fueling your body for optimal performance and progress. You’ll also receive a comprehensive grocery list to make shopping and meal prep straightforward and stress-free so you know exactly what steps to take after leaving the consultation.
